Actor John Abraham has been taken into custody after his revision petition in an old case of rash driving was rejected by a Mumbai court on Friday. A lower court sentenced John to 15 days imprisonment for rash and negligent driving.

John had injured two pedestrians when his bike skidded in Mumbai's Khar area in 2006. However, after the incident the actor rushed them to the hospital.

Abraham's bail application is expected to come up for hearing at around 3 p.m. and it will decide whether he will be jailed or be able to walk out freely.
